Our first [very satisfied] customer!

This was sent to us by the first restaurant to be visited by our angels. He wishes at this stage to remain anonymous:

 Jack and Anne suggested a number of real things I could do to my restaurant which I had perhaps neglected. Attending to this made me feel better and showed a commitment from me for what they were doing. 

Then, on a couple of occasions they told the staff, when the restaurant was nearly empty, before they left it would be full. I was sceptical. 

However, it was! And they later told me that on that night [the first time we were full] other, usually more popular restaurants in the area were half empty. So I couldn’t put it down to an influx of visitors into the village.

 The trend continued, we got more and more favourable comments, and more customers continue to come in.

 We have to and are building on what has happened, and we are getting there.

 I’m still not 100% sure how they have done it; perhaps they had more faith in a higher power when mine was fading. The results are evident, success breeds success and I’m very grateful.

Your food is excellent, great value and your staff are regularly complimented for their service.  Yet you have wracked your brain for reasons why too few people come through your door. ‘Promotions’ only offer limited relief.
